and some of my programs won't work.

Can anyone help me find this file?

Without it I can't reload windows 98 or any other program for that matter.

What is going on.....

Boot into safemode n restart, if that doesnt fix it, then reinstall win98, you wont lose any settings, but it should fix it. If it doesnt I suspect a virus.
