All,

Just got myself a new computer (after having used a laptop for a long time) and I am looking for a game to give my new Radeon card a bit of a test. Any Recommendations?

Is the new Doom out yet?

Thanks

Simon

Having got one myself, just about anything recent, Battlefield 1942, NOLF 2 UT2003, but go into the settings and ramp the AA and AF right up and also run in high res modes.

With everything max'd out NOLF 2 still speed test fine and says I should up all detail setting even higher

Unhappy

Sorry Chris, but unless it has changed again, the news on the Grapevine from Manufacturers as of late this week is that the NV30 has been delayed from mass production until early next year.

Cheers,

Nick

Just given UT2003 a run and the good old Radeon does not even break into a sweat. Even when running at 1280*1024 with everything switched on at maximum. Not that bad a game either.

Just need to find myself a nice space opera now.
