CapEx has been approved for pruchase of X-Box.

Just need to find the best price. Does anyone know who does the best deal? Dixons do £153 at the moment...

I have an old busted ZX Spectrum in the cellar. Will they accept that as a trade in?

Damian.

RR,

Argos website show it as £159 . Was this at a store or on-line? I've got about £35 worth of Premier Points that I could put to it as well

Soon (beginning of November?) there will be a European Xbox bundle with includes:
- S-Controler
- Jet Set Radio Future
- Sega GT 2002
Sorry, don't know the price but you should be able to find out.
I would suggest to wait for this EXCELLENT deal!!

Argos offer has expired.
Dixons is offering a free Timesplitters 2 game with each XBox console.
Don't know about the price drop, but I'd expect it nearer Crimbo to boost flagging sales.

In case anyone is remotley interested, I got my X-box on Saturday from Dixons. traded in my old MegaDrive and got TimeSplitters 2 thrown in for £128

Also bought Halo with my Premier Points from Argos. Spent about 2 hours on that last night.

One question:

Is the X-Box Link cable just an RJ45 crossover cable? Sounds like that's all it is.
