Question

I have just ordered NTL broadband (600) and I have all the network components (NICs, cables, connectors, heads, tools etc.)
but was wondering what type of switch/router/hub that I need. I was looking at a Netgear FS605
but was wondering if that will be adaquate for my 4 machines.

What do you think? I have seen it on dabs for £37.60 inc vat and delivery.

Cheers
Darren

No good on it's own. I've just installed a Linksys router bought from PC World.

Netgear RP114 (among others) or, if you want wireless access, try the FM114P

i just configured (in about 15 mins) the Netgear FR114W - got it from dabs for 88.12 (inc vat). You should be able to do most home use configs

Netgear FR114W
