Grand Theft Auto 3: Vice City goes GOLD
#1
Everthing is on schedule:
Take-Two Interactive has announced today that Grand Theft Auto: Vice City has gone gold. Currently in manufacturing, the PS2 game is due to ship in the US on October 29th and in Europe on November 8th.
Probably this year's most highly anticipated game, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City will almost undoubtedly follow in very large and very successful footsteps of Grand Theft Auto III. The first 3D incarnation of the GTA series met with exuberant cheers and rapturous applause when it touched down on PS2 toward the end of last year.
Set in 1980s Miami, Vice City builds substantially on the 3D, free-roaming and crime-filled gameplay of GTA 3. Presenting us with a playing world twice the size of its predecessor, it also boasts higher-detail environments, motorbikes and helicopters, heaps of extra sound tracks and more. If you wanted something to spend your money on, this surely has to be it.
