Are there any programs which asses how good my site will perform on search engines, or tell me where i'm going wrong?

I've followed numerous websites hints and tips and I think my sites ready to submit.

Also, which is the best service for subitting to multiple engines/spiders? Is www.submit-it.com any good, it's by Microsoft (is that good - can't be sure?)

Seems reasonable $49 a year, or $99 for 3.

Any comments greatly appreciated.

Cheers

RikW.

I'm also using html hyperlinks, no frames, I have the keywords and description within the body of the main site.
