Work experience for daughter
#1
My 14 year old is looking for something next year. Ideally, she'd like some experience in a software company developing computer games.
I know a few people here work in this area. Can anyone help out please?
There's no costs involved but I don't think there are any grants you can claim either.
She's really competent on her PC, can touch-type and is pretty good on Photoshop as she is really keen on graphics/art.
Thanks
Kevin
Edited to say that this is just for one week (Mon-Fri).

When i was 17, finishing my diploma no company like that would take people in my situation on.
Mainly because if we lost or damaged work it could be disasterous to the product and company!

Kevin,
Lots of games companies take people on to test their games, but you have to be very into game playing, as they are basically sat there playing the games every day, and noting where there are problems. I work in recruitment, so have access to lots of company names, if you can give me a clue about what type of company you are looking for, then I will see what info I can find,
