Hi !

Anybody recommend any decent websites with free flash tutorials or books ?

I'm a complete newbie so need to start from the basics. What's the general concensus about flash - easy or difficult to master / learn ? I realise it's a hard question to answer but I want to build my own website for my new company and want to incorporate some flash to give a professional image as it's a technology company.
