Got is delivered this morning and it seems really blurry graphics especially around the text. Anyone else notice this? Reminds me of games on the old PSX.
FYI Im running through S-Video and none of my other GC games look like this? Is it just poor graphics or is mine dodgy?
Simon.

Running my GC through the RGB scart cable - looks crisp as...
word of warning thou - DO NOT buy the 3rd party scart cable, i did first off and it was crap, colours were weak etc.. the offical Nintendo one is expensive, but very good.

What about S-Video? Will that make a difference.
> Although S-Video on NTSC machines is highly recommended (and is
technically the best solution until NTSC owners get component cables)
the PAL machines do not support S-Video at all. Any cables wired for
S-Video will not output any picture at all. If Nintendo themselves
don't make the cable, that should tell you something. Avoid.

Admittedly mine was 2nd hand. Its got a black cable that has a round plug with one large black pin and then 5 or so small silver pins in a semi circle layout - this is an s-video cable isn't it? Also has the red and white audio cables.

Yes as all my games are PAL. Just checked now and there are two ports on the back - Analog and Digital AV out. Mine is coming from the Analog port. Is scart digital?
Sorry for all the muppet questions but does look like Ive been using the wrong damn cable
Simon.

Just to let you know that the quality of the picture is OK but not fantastic.
For the bulk of LM it's fine, but close up on the mansion shows shimmers around the window. My girlfriend thought it was OK, I'm not a fan, but I'll live with it just to tidy up my cabling!
