Whats a realistic min spec for battliefield 1942 ?
Nearly bought it on Sat - but then wandered if was just going to need me to spend a wedge on a new video card.
Athlon 1Ghz, 512Mb Ram, 32mb Geforce 2GTS.
Will the geforce 2 GTS cope ?

it should be fine Deano
I used to have a PIII 550Mhz (overclocked +12%), 256meg ram and a 32meg Geforce2 GTS and it ran 1942 ok
Admittedly, I had to run the grpahics and sound on pretty low levels but it was playable.
If you aren't sure, why don't you download the demo and check that out before splashing the cash ?

why don't you download the demo
a) Work have just tightening up what can be downloaded and I dont fancy "testing" it yet.
b) Home is ISDN.
c) Laziness
I guess I'll have to just leave it downloading one night and try it. Aslo Heard the demo could be quite laggy and was hoping to find out what the "full" release was like.
