Question

I received a mail from 'The 2000 Group' this morning with an attachment called 'attachment.doc' and the subject field was left blank and the mail contained nothing else

What are the chances that this is a virus?

Has anyone else received the same?

could be anything these days. just scan your HDD with anti-virus software. then you know for sure whether you got a virus or not .

I've scanned everything including the email but it doesn't come up as a virus. I'm going to delete it anyway but just wondered if anyone had encountered it before.
