Just a quick question, what connectors do these drives physically have?
It's just that that part number doesn't tally with a SCSI-1 drive as far as I can tell....
50 pin, 68 pin or 80 pin?
I could be wrong, but there you go.......
Cheers,
Nick

there were only two types of 18GB CPQ SCSI drives - three if you count the storageworks building blocks.
So...if the drives are in the old white canister with the levers pulling out from the middle then they can will be (from memory) fast wide SCSI 2. If the canister is black then they are the newer universal drives and will either be Ultra SCSI 10K RPM or 15RPM.
The PN provided earlier in this thread is a spares part number not an option part number which is why you can only find one reference to it on the web site.
The price looks good for this type of drive, but there have been a number of fake Compaq drives and memory doing the rounds recently so make sure these drives have the holographic Compaq badge.
