Question

I want to get some digital photos printed, onto proper photographic paper, not using an inkjet.

Has anyone used the NTL/Pixology printing service? Anything good or bad to say about them?

http://www.ntlworld.com/services/iphotos.php

Any other places I could try that are reasonably priced?

I know that you can get pictures printed in Boots, or at other places that have the Fujifilm booths, but I've got quite a few piccies to have printed, and Boots might want parts of my body in exchange for printing them.

TIA

Thumbs up

In case anyone is interested?

I got the photos printed by this company in the end http://www.topfotoservices.co.uk/dps.html

Their service was fantastic, I uploaded the pictures Tuesday lunchtime and they arrived, first class post, this morning. As I ordered over 40 prints, they were 15p a shot. Beat that Boots!

Just a couple of warnings - their software defaults to 'pick up from the shop' as a delivery method (the shop is somewhere in Cornwall IIRC) and the pictures will be printed with a white border at both sides unless you change the setting for each picture. With the borders, you get your complete picture, without them, the picture takes up the whole of the paper, but you lose a little bit of the picture at the top and bottom - when the pic is resized for the paper presumably. You can see in their software which parts of the picture you are going to lose and change that.

I'm a very happy customer!
