My comp shut down and gave this message, As i'm a comp numpty iv'e no got a clue what it's all about?
Kernel 32 caused a general protection fault in module user.exe at
0003:0000397b.

wont it let you re boot? the Kernel is the center of the operating system and mediates all activity

think error codes are what you report to MS if you dial help line
