Well, my (less than) trusty 8GB Travan's died and can't be repaired by Seagate.

What's the concensus on a decent backup solution for 2 machines on a LAN with ~10GB of critical stuff and 80GB of not so critical stuff?

Cheers

Lee.

From: Leeds - It was 562.4bhp@28psi on Optimax, How much closer to 600 with race fuel and a bigger turbo?

Just installed a compaq modular data router with fchannel and a SDLT Tape Libary.. model MSH5330 or summit.. 2 SDLT Drives..
Also connected a DL380 with 1gb ram 2x18Gb Mirror, 1 Gbic Ethernet and 1 FChannel Card...

Should sort our backups for a while.. Think was less than 10k as well.

but to be more realistic I would go for an LTO drive or SDLT, depends on budget...
