How much memory, CPU and Geforce-10 cards required to run that
I hear NASA have a few spare supercomputers.

Video card needs a pixel shader that can handle 6 textures inputs.
New ATi Radeon 9700 and next NVidia chips NV30 (GeForce5?) can handle this in a single pass.
An 'average' card for Doom III is supposed to be a GF3. The new Matrox Parhelia will run it, but its no where near as good as the Ati or Nvidia stuff.

According to id software back in February this year it was a 'fine card to run it' but I don't know if that still stands!
