Contacts in Outlook
#1
In Outlook XP, under Contacts the default view when you open a contact is to show the business and home phone numbers. Is their a way to set all contacts so they show business and business 2 phone numbers by default.
Is this a case of changing the view / form??

Yes, you can.
You need to select your Contacts folder, then select View -> Current View -> Define Views from the menu.
Highlight the view you want to change (say the Address Cards view), then click modify.
Click on the Fields button and simply add or remove the fields you want. You can also move them up/down to adjust the order.

Cheers
I've done that, so now all contacts in the folder are listed and one of the columns shows business phone 2 instead of Home phone, but when I double click and open one of the contacts the form still shows business Phone and home phone.
Can I change that form that opens up to display the 2 business phones??

Ok, now I'm with you.
If you double-click one of the contacts, you can change one of the fields to become Business2. Just click on the down-arrow next to the field and select Business2.
Now you would have to do this for each contact OR you can use the form designer to create your own input form. Select Tools -> Forms -> Design a Form. You can edit one of the std ones or create a completely new one with all the fields you need.
You can then apply this form to all the contacts.
