You have to see it running to fully appreciate its graphs 
No need to worry about gameplay, Luigi's Mansion was just a filler until this game came out.
Theres a Gamecube mag out this month (cant remember its name) that has a cd that you can play on your pc that has actual footage of Mario Sunshine.

Or, just call these guys http://www.videogamecentre.co.uk/ and they will tell you the latest on the Datel converter that allows Jap games to play on Pal GC's (50/60hz tv required).
And yes I am plugging them
