Whats the damn setting on Norton to allow uploaded pics through

I've rebuilt my laptop and can't remember the setting I changed before to allow turbo uploaded pictures to be displayed...

I'm having to disable it to view posted pictures

Can anyone refresh my memory!

You need to allow the sending of Referer for turbosport.co.uk, or for all sites.
