I'm trying to learn about the system we use in work so I can show my arseh0le of a boss how to use it...it's called Pacific by Deep Blue systems...except it isn't working now

thing is...it was working when I first installed it on my pooter, but after I installed the update it comes up with:

"runtime error 429(?) activex unable to create object"

wtf does this mean and how do I get it to work again?

I've tried all the usual b011ox like uninstalling and reinstalling and even removing all traces from the registry...as far as restoring the registry from b4 I put the program on...still comes up with the same error message

any ideas or theories gratfuly received

you're probably missing some VB .DLLs or they're the wrong version.
