ADSL socket - adding additonal socket

A friend of a friend who retired from BT last year would be doing the work. We have a BT Engineer install, thats about 6 months old. I'd like an additional socket to this.

Just wondered if anyone's done it before I ask him to come in.

Is there any reason why I couldn't add an additional socket for my current ADSL line ?

eg. gives me 2 options within the building, where to plug in an ADSL device.

Have you got a 'Wires Only' install ot a BT Engineer Install?

Yes it is possible, just make sure that you take the extenston from the unfiltered part of teh socket.
