I have recently reinstalled my PC with Win XP Pro. It has all the latest patches on it, Office XP, Trend virus software and the latest Zonealarm.
When i start the PC up, i log in as either user configured on the system and once it has finished loading everything, no matter how i try to connect to the ISP (IE, Outlook, CuteFTP, Dreamweaver, etc) it never connects to the server. All the right lights are on the cable modem and Zonealarm has all the right permissions set for programs.
But, if I reboot the PC, then it connects fine, no warnings or anything....
Anyone got any ideas ??
