Does anyone know if the i-pod is compatible with windows, I have a sony vaio with a firewire connection, can this be used with the Apple i-pod.

I work for MacWarehouse so have the answers... the software you need is called XPlay by Media Four, see http://www.mediafour.com/ for more details. There is also a bit of software called EphPod by Trentsoft available at http://www.ephpod.com/ .Please take note that is this is not an officially supported Apple product if it doesn't work you won't get any assitance from Apple.
