Morpheus 1.9 problems

Is anyone else having problems with Morpheus 1.9. The download completes, but the size is mis reported (e.g. a few bytes too big), and this stops the file being reassembled and copied to the download directory.
The only way I've found to get round it, is to delete any related files in the chunks directory and then delete the info file in the partials directory. This of course means that is has to download all the data that was in the chunks diretory again.
There must be an easier way of sorting this. Is this a bug? Is there any way of maunally forcing the merge between the partial and chunks files?
Any ideas?
