Default Any Canon MG3650S printer experts around ?

When the MG3650S prints the vertical lines are like the castle battlements so I tried to align the printheads.
Printing out the alignment sheet and scanning it in as per Canon instructions made no difference so I read in the Canon manual that I can do a Manual Alignment.
This only seems to work with Windows OS and I use MacOS. Is there a MacOS solution to this problem ?
Or is there something else I can try ?
Thanks
Brian.

Update. I have now found how to do the manual reset of the print heads using a Mac. The issue is better but the lines are still not perfect, do I just keep realigning until all is OK or is there something else to try ?
Anyone know ?
