Can anybody explain any easy way to connect my PC to my Stereo. Open to any suggestions, but would prefer a quality result for very little expenditure.

all you needs a cable if its hi fi thiny if its car one then i dunno mate

Depends on the connector on the sound card and what inputs are available on the stereo.

Normally its a 3.5mm jack on the computer to a pair on phono connectors for the hi-fi.
