Sharing TV card output ??

With the World Cup on, I have bought a Hauppage USB TV box for £50.
I can use Netmeeting to share the output with one other person but there is a demand there for a wider audience...
Our workgroup are hooked into a local switch to avoid bandwidth problems.
Does anyone know of any software which will definitely do this ?
