Just wondering, regarding "character sets" - I've got some wireframe animations of running, jumping, etc... Would I be right in thinking I can download a model (character set?) and apply these running, jumping animations to it ?

I haven't used Maya for a long time but I've asked a guy who does animation and he says this.

>not really sure what he means but, in order to transfer animations from one model to another the skeleton has to have the same number of
>bones and also the same naming conventions, aswell as this you have to create the same character sets(as the origional) after you have created the skeleton.

Hope that is of some kind of help.

Cheers
