Tell them how they're doing it all wrong and that Apple is the way forward. Gallileo convinced the world of heliocentrism, you too carry that same burden.

They're switching from real milk to a low-fat non-dairy creamer? Now that's what I call a result.

Mind you, at 2 hours to convince them, I'd say you're losing your touch.
