Default ebay spamming

Is there any way to stop all the spamming emails from ebay without affecting genuine ones? If you look at an item ebay seems to spam your email account at least 5 times a day for days offering similar items.

It didn't work as I unchecked everything in that part and I'm still getting emails telling me how things are for sale even on what I looked at two weeks ago.

Because it doesn't have that feature in the emails I'm getting or I would of done that first.

Have you got searches you follow?

If so, hover my eBay then select followed searches. Then select the little "more options" down arrow on each search and edit email options. I used to have the same problem as you until i did this, always emails coming through at silly times on my phone about it.

That looks promising, it said I was following 7 items which I have never done. They must automatically do it so I have unfollowed all.
