I use POP3 at home, that doesn't work thru the firewall at work, but the netmail does work thru the firewall at work.

ahhh...... certain ISP wont allow you to access the pop3 server from another internet connection, it has to be from their connection. so i dont think it's your work firewall blocking it.

If you are on pipex xtreme or similar, try these settings on outlook express
Incoming POP3 - pop.dsl.pipex.com
Outgoing SMTP - smtp.dsl.pipex.com

account name - whatever @dsl.pipex.net
password - whatever
Mine works fine.

Those settings work fine on ADSL but not at work thru the firewall.

Greg,

If your company have blocked POP3 e-mail port 110 then you can not do much about it, other than checking webmail a few times a day.
