OK, I know I'm probably being thick, but I cannot buy a new warship! If I go to techtree and choose a ship, it says I have to research it before I can buy it, but I cannot see how to research it?

look at the corresponding ship in the tree i.e. the lower spec one, if you have it play it and after each battle u get EXP.... then choose Modules tab and at the top you can see how much EXP that ship has... at the bottom you can see how much is needed to get the next ship

remember though destroyers can't get you to battleships, you need to follow the tree down each path....

Ah right I understand that bit now, I'm just onto Level 3 now, However I cant see how to research the 1st battleship :/, Do I research the level 1-2 destroyers and cruisers first?

Figured out the research and upgrades . Liking the Erie Cruiser still, Got blasted to high hell by a battleship last night, Managed to cripple it with a few citadel strikes with Armour piercing rounds,

Will be on for a bit now and tonight

Cruisers are best when with a battleship as they have the best AA cover if u get one that has rapid fire there fun
