Chromecast alternative
Hi all,
Does anyone know of a chromecast alternative HDMI streamer that works fine in the UK? The reason I ask is that Chromecast itself is set up for US 60Hz not UK 50Hz and it causes problems http://www.trustedreviews.com/news/g...omecast-judder
I would like to stream from a laptop HD iplayer stuff and films smoothly, is that too much to ask?!

Makes no sense as pretty much all UK TV's with HDMI can handle 30 and 60hz refresh rates, not had any judder on my chromecast at all, mainly because HD video has a standard of 30/60 Hz not the old analogue frame rates.
So your solution to judder is only watch HD material
