GTA3 for pc Will Not load Saved Games

Anybody having probs with gta3 on the pc
i can play it fine and save files but when it comes to loading up games it comes up with an error and closes down ??

Any ideas guys

Buy the complete game

I had the same problem after i downloaded the game, but a new crack did the work for me.
