Ok as some of you may have used or borrowed a friends R4 cartridge for your DS they were pretty good, however I was looking for something for my 3DS as always like rocking horse poo and can only really be bought from China. However I discovered a girl on Facebook who sells them all, even the 3ds versions

So my mate bought one

And everything works. If anybody is interested please PM me as always I do not condone this type of cartridge nor sponsor them, but man it actually works now woot.
