Zone Alarm Pro problems :(

Decided to upgrade my free Zone Alarm to ZA Pro the other day, and now everything is stuffed 
Scoobynet comes up with characters everywhere, Outlook wont open saying there is no system resources, and Kazaa just doesnt open full stop.
Anyone know why?

did you uninstall the previous version first ?
Dunno why people rave about ZoneAlarm. I tried it and there were so many duff alerts that you stop looking at them in the end. Run a seperate firewall box now.

smoothwall corporate - I have purchased the 'home' , but they aren't shipping it as yet, so they sent me the corporate version.
Before that I used the *free* GPL 0.9.9 smoothwall & have set a few of these up for other people now...

Ive got zonealarm and since getting DSL (NTL 512k 
woooo hooo)ive not been able to use file transfer on msn etc any ideas of what this could be. Switched off zonealarm and it still does it :S

Sorted out the problem! it was zonealarm hummmmm with this sygate thing, say i forgot to pay after 30 days would it carry on working? Of course i will pay after 30 days its just not right when people use 30 day trials forever.
