Default REVERSE INLET ALTERNATOR TENSIONING BRACKETS

ok after doing a few reverse inlets iv decided to design and have cut a few brackets to make it a more of a easy and bolt on job with these brackets you get the full alternator tension you need which is one of the bigger jobs on this conversion

the brackets are designed to fit both classic and newage cars up to hawkeye models iv not tested on the hatch onwards ufortunatly

also the kit is designed to fit both types of alternator/air con mounting brackets that you will use with the conversion this braket it self needs slightly modding to flip the alternator over jsut simply cutting the air con mounting top lugs off and then 5 mm of the meat off the 2 mounting point holes aswell to allow clearence of the brackets to the belt this will take around 10 mins with a trusty grinder and file

after this mod to the alternator bracket this brackets then simply bolt to that some washers will be required for spacing

this brackets not only give you a very good tension system as there is a 2 way adjustment on both the alternator and the middle adjustment bar also this in turn gives great tension adjustment and loweres the belt in the center to allow plenty room where your intercooler pipe will sit so giving plenty room to do so

brackets are in raw finish now but will be powder coated gloss black before sent out we can do 3 other colours also red/white/blue at a small cost extra

only other items you will need it a idle wheel we tend to use a std item off a impreza timing belt which works a treat and of cause a longer alternator belt aswell

2x brackets in black/blue/red/white £40pair

pm me if needed

here a set up we have recent finished brackets are in red so you can see them cleary

Ol die to the popularity of these we have had a new large batch made up now to keep up
With demand due to the large quantity we have had its means the price forte lazer cutting and materials have come down so we can pass that on to you guys and now to the brackets at £40 the pair coated in a colour to suit you we can also offer pre modded and coated alternator brackets for that full bolt on package also we can supply a new puly wheel the same as pictured for £19 new of needed
