Dense question but what does this upgrade do/achieve?

Heard it a few times now but utterly clueless lol

 

You will only see very veryight power increase as in messurable improvement but the main improvement is getting the gaged though in the intake system as fastly and freely as possible without interuption there no restriction like with he Wrx items it has a good benifit for not a lot of money

Would this work well in conjunction with sports cat, decat centre pipe and a remap on a Hawkeye?

 

The TGV deletes would yes as all helps the engine breather fully but this type of top manifold won't fit your model due to dbw you could only use the tgv delete bodies
