Cleaning a WR1 interior???
Ive just acquired a black WR1 interior(front and rear seats) to fit into my Hawk STi, my question is anyone got any tips to clean them, as the blue STi seats coming out of my car are in mint condition and the WR1 interior is in good condition but not as mint as i would like, could do with a good cleaning session on them!!
Any decent cleaning products needed, tips etc??

Just been in that garage for 2 hours cleaning them with a bowl of hot water, a sponge and a hoover, and they have come up quite well, Just think they had not been cleaned properly and had 9-10 years of dirt and dust etc!!
Rear seats have come up really well, looked pretty much brand new, and the passenger seat looks good, drivers side might need something a bit stronger to get them up to my standards!!! But happy so far!!!

The last time I did some wrx seats, I used a bit of normal washing powder in a bowl of warm water and gently agitated the seats with a small scrubbing brush then I used a wet / dry vacuum to suck the water out and they come up a treat - I was surprised how filthy the water was afterwards.

Hey all,
For interior, i usually spray an interior cleaner on the fabric and immediately work it in with a scrubbing brush (link below). Once the interior has been scrubbed wipe it down with a hot micro fibre cloth and rinse on each down stroke. Alternatively if you know someone with a wet/ dry vacuum it will make it a lot easier
Hope this helps
