7 hour clean
Thought I would post a couple of pics on here of today's finished effort no progress pics etc I'm afraid as wanted to get it done as the weather was actually nice lol but will give a detailed description since owning the car I had not had the chance to spend a good day giving it a well needed detail on inspection it appeared that the car has been machined before as there were a couple of strike through patches :/ so first thing first the car was given a full wash (2 bucket method amazes me at how many people think it's ok to use 1 bucket) then the car was treated to some auto finesse iron out this stuff is ok but I think iron x is better it then was treated with tardis being black was difficult to see it working lol but when I removed it the cloth shower signs that there was quite a lot of tar on the car then it was clay time I was quite suprised at how much contamination was still left on the car once that was done I moved onto the machine stage after a lot of combinations I decided poorboys ssr2 with a hexlogic light cutting pad now the car fought me all the way the paint is soooo sticky drove me crazy wanted to throw the machine at the car got there in the end though the car was then washed again then had a full polish using poorboys polish and waxed with ag hd wax I then used auto finesse dressing on the plastics and autosol on the exhaust and tires dressed with Meg's endurance gel
Here is a couple of pics only the 2 atm as I was shattered will take some more tomorrow
Forgot to add I also machined the headlights and tail lights Deffo made a big improvement
Thanks for looking
Craig

Looks clean, I want to use Blackfire products on mine when I get a chance(need to buy it first), It was used on my old Blobeye, and the black paintwork went like a wet gloss look, probably the best ive ever seen!!!
Been using Dodo juice lime polish and Dodo juice blue velvet wax on my current hawk, and it doesnt seem to have the same effect, dont get me wrong it looks shiny, but not the same effect as my old blobeye had!!!
Looking forward to seeing your pics with the sun out today!!!

Looking good! Did the same myself earlier in the week and went out in the car most of yesterday but at the expense of not using it today (missus deal lol) looks like it's gonna be a nice day as well!
