Doesn't really tell you too much.

If it's a ceramic glass coating then all well and good as long as the prep work is carried out properly before hand.

The paint needs to be totally spotless. Ie clayed, machine polished, IPA wipedown before it's applied as anything that's left on a panel will be sealed under the glass coat and unable to be removed easily.

That's if it is a ceramic glass coat lol

Agree with the above. I have seen many of new cars with swirl marks on just have this clear coat thrown ontop of it in a dodgy and not very tidy/ clean workshop (including dirty application pads etc..).

The car needs to be swirl and imperfection free prior to any type of enhancement or protection. I've applied Auto Glym Life Shine which is pretty much the same as what Merc are offering and in all honesty dependent on how the car is treated etc, it can last on the outside around 3-6months which is nothing by comparison to a good detail and correctly carried out safe washes on the car's bodywork. Safe wash in the sense of no acid products, PH Nuteral shampoo, no traffic and film remover etc.

I remember why my mrs went to buy her Ford Fiesta and they tried to sell the same and i asked how long it takes them...their reply, around 1-hour. a correction and detail takes anywhere from 2-days plus...just wondered how they did it in one hour

Any questions please ask

Good choice, cosmic is a nice product and will be far superior to anything I've ever seen dealer prepped
