Default whats the best stuff for cleaning dirty bucket seats?

Got a really grubby set of buckets out of a trackcar to clean up & was wondering if anyone had found a really good cleaner that gets out 3 years worth of grease & grime?....

Most All purpose cleaner's diluted to the correct mix would do it fine,I'm in the process of using auto finesse verso which I highly recommend it's very good on all sorts of grime.SJ.

I've tried a couple of upholstery cleaners & they just weren't up to it.
I also tried loosening the grime with a steam cleaner & wasn't much better.
Can u get the stuff your using from online detail suppliers SJ?

Grease and oil is always going to be difficult to shift without the correct products and equipment.

Personally I'd get a pro in with either a tornador or industrial steam cleaner to sort it.

Try the auto finesse verso http://shop.autofinesse.co.uk/verso-1-litreI tried some diluted on a oily engine overall to see if it would lift the oil out and I'm happy to say after 3 hits it came out clean I would definitely give it a try but be patient and let the product soak in good and start to lift the grime out,I think that's the area where most people go wrong they scrub at the stains and push them further in,instead of drawing the stain out and letting the cleaning product do its job.SJ.

One more trick I have learned is when the seat is clean use a fabric guard to repel stains and stop them from absorbing into the seat fabric,so if you spill some thing or you get grime on your seat it's easy to just wipe off the dirt with a cloth.SJ.
