Default Removing baked on brake dust. Can anyone recommend a product

As in title, I have powder coated black wheels and they are now covered with baked on brake pad dust. Is there a chemical i can get which will not ruin thre paint?

Spray on watch it turn purple then agitate with a brush an jet wash off. I usually quickly spray the front wheels then agitate both, spray the rears jet wash off the fronts. Snow foam the rears then the fronts followed by the rest of the car. Polished Bliss stock this as a replacement for Iron X so you can use it on the bodywork after washing prior to claying aswell.
