how to bring the colour back on the plastic black trim connecting to wing mirrors

hey folks looking to bring back the plastic bits connecting the wing mirrors to doors

they have faded quite badly

ive used before megs trim detailer

any other recommendations other than this

If your very carefull try using a heat gun. it works a treat on car body trim parts.
