Polish and pressure washers
Not exactly scooby related but will a pressure washer on hot take off polish?? I ask because every time I go on holiday from work some brain dead moron will wash my tractor unit on hot. After spending a couple of hours each month or two polishing and keeping it looking good I find the water no longer beads if someone else is let loose and washes it. I guess that the pressure and heat might strip the wax.
Any thoughts?

You will probably find they are also using a Traffic Film remover of some sort, this combined with the heat and the pressure will strip any LSP you have used
Stick a note with "Hands Off" onto it next time you go away

Day one stuff at our yard includes dont use the traffic film remover on the paint, so I would hope they hadn't! But then knowing some of the lifeforms employed there.......it might be they have!
Should point out I only ever wash the paint with the washer on cold and the water keeps beading for ages after it gets a polish.
