Hi
i use a little bit of quick detailer and a drying tail (the one from Polished Bliss) Its very good, If the car has a good LSP it shouldnt need much drying as the water should sheet off.

As Chunkb says Black Baron or a leaf blower. Get a new one and only use it for on the car.

If you have to use a drying towel and have the time, the best bet is to pat dry. If not work in straight lines without applying too much pressure. As for towel choice, I prefer the Mothers plush drying towels.

I use the Poorboys waffle weave towel. Brilliant towel, nice and big and so easy to wash and it didn't leave any marks on the car either
