Help! Can't scrub off dirt marks

I used to have crap cars before my hawkeye so didn't think twice about cleaning the car at the local east European hand car wash.
But since getting the scoob iv been cleaning it myself using two bucket method.
Thing is On some panels and especially the sideskirts I can't get rid of tiny specks of grime marks no matter how hard I scrub.
Using one of those big sponges and autoglym shampoo.
What product/method will help shift those stubborn grit marks?

As above; such specks will either be tar, or baked on brake dust or exhaust soot deposits. A full decontamination process should be used to get rid of them, starting with a chemical cleaner and then following up with a clay bar treatment. Full guide to how to do all of this here...
