My wheels have some drake dust marks/pitting in the corners, what I would like to no is it possible to "clay" at least some of the marks out and if so what "clay bar" would people recommend.

It's no where near bad enough to need a re-ferb of the wheels yet.

Yes, you can use clay, but before you do so please note that we would suggest the following 3 stage process for a comprehensive clean...

Thanks for the advice it's greatly appreciated, looks like the weekends going to be busy .You mention "Meguiar's Aggressive Detailing Clay" I've used Meguiars shampoo's and polishes/waxes before and found them to be excellent for the enthusiast as for the Clay bar would you recommend using Meguiars Lubricant with it or some other product?

I've read many of your guides and the details you've done and can honestly say how informative and helpful they are, keep up the good work and if only I lived closer

Yeah Meguiars Lubricant is fine but tbh any type will be OK just don't let the wheels dry, use plenty of it a you wont go wrong

After the Claying I'd follow up with some Dodo Lime Prime / Lite or Werkstatt Prime before sealing them with some Poorboys wheel sealent.

You're very welcome, and as above, any of the Meguiar's quick detailers are fine as clay lubricants, and do remember to seal the rims afterwards as Matt kindly pointed out.
