Placed an order yesterday (Thursday) at 2.30pm with the guys as I needed the items in a hurry and at 8.55am this morning the postman was at the door with it.
With that kind of service and attitude towards customers its easy to see why the guys are going from strength to strengh and could learn larger companies a thing or two regarding customer services .

I have said it all along, PB are a fantastic company to deal with and their shipping service is second to none. A lot of companies could take a leaf out of their book.

Last month I was wondering how much I have spent at Polished Bliss (as you do) and I doug out my invoices since day 1 and I was shocked. Nearly a three figure sum

Thanks everyone for the kind feedback; we try our best all of the time, so it's nice to hear that it's appreciated. This year is going to be a big one for us, as the new website goes live on 31/10/09, and our hearts and souls are being poured into it as we speak. It really will move the game on, and is set to offer more than ever before in terms of advice and interactivity.
