What shampoo ??
I am going to order some bits and bobs from Polished Bliss including the Werkstat Acrylic Kit but I also need some shampoo. I normally use gold class which I really like but I want to use one that will not strip the Werkstat stuff,I see they do some of there own (werkstat) but its well dear and only get 10 washes from it,Is there another that's suitable

Ok thanks guys, I have just read the back of the bottle of the gold class shampoo and it does say that it wont strip wax protection, so I guess that its fine to use with the Werkstat Acrylic stuff!
Im a newbie to the detailing world so sorry to ask what LSP is

in other words the Acrylic Jett of your kit it's the last stage you put on your car when cleaning (the glos is a quick detailer and also helps to remove the stubborn bits of the Prime and Jett when buffing off)
Personally i used the Jeffs shampoo for a while and found it very good, a bit dear like you say though so i went onto the Meguirs Hyper Wash. excellent value for money.
i prefer the Jeffs to the Meguirs to be honest and i know neither is supposed to remove the polish/sealant but the car used to stay beading for longer when i used the Jeffs. maybe coincidence, but it does seem that way.
bit fooked now anyway as the Hyper Wash makes a ridiculous amount of bucket fulls so i'll be stuck with it for a while!!

Not a lot; Gold Class is slightly thicker and arguably very slightly more lubricated, but other than that they both work well and don't strip wax or sealant coatings - and the value for money difference is massive!

Guys
I know this is an old post and all.
But tell me something.
I recently started using a meguiars wash mitt on my new car
Used to use sponge on previous car.
Still using the gold class shampoo, but I don't get as much lather anymore since I switched to the mitt
Should I?

I have just got some Meguiars Ultimate wash and wax which is there latest one i have wash about 5 cars with it and i must say that i am very happy with it. I used gold class on the werkstat and am now using this and i would say that this is a bit better loads of suds and is very slick.
